Returns & Exchange Policy

At Cross Seams, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit perfectly. That's why we have a hassle-free returns and exchange policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at crossseams@gmail.com They will guide you through the return process.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same process as a return. Contact our customer service team at crossseams@gmail.com to request for an exchange.

Once your exchange request is approved , you can send the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria. If approved, we will send you the requested replacement item.

Made-to-Order Items:

If an item is made to order as per your measurements it is not eligible for returns unless it is defective or incorrect item is sent.

Final Sale Items:

Some items may be marked as final sale, which means they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product description carefully before making a purchase.
