RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We get it — sometimes you have to try it on to know the vibe. What looks like your look on screen may feel a little different once you try it on. Eligible pieces can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Return/exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Please note: Pieces customised or made to your individual measurements are not eligible for return, unless defective or incorrect. Final-sale items are also not eligible for return or exchange.
