Shipping policy

Product delivery status details will be available on crossseams.com once the product has been dispatched. Alternatively, customers can write in to crossseams@gmail.com with order details and the order status/tracking details will be provided, as the case may be.

As a standard all outfits take 12-15 working days to process & dispatch, depending on the garment’s design and style. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.

If in case the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver the product(s), in that case the order will be considered completed and no refund will be given. The company will attempt one more time to deliver the product after taking the proper address from the customer and the customer will have to pay for the additional shipping charges.

If there are any delays in product shipment, Cross Seams will inform the customer with updates on new dispatch timings and details.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs.4999. If purchases are below Rs. 4999 we charge a fee of Rs. 250 for shipping within India.

For international orders we charge a shipping fee of USD $35.

TAXES & DUTIES

For Indian Customers, product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customers, most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival, in case the shipment is held back by them.
